I had a very unprofessional experience with the staff. I booked an appointment for three people for Mother’s Day, and when we arrived, one of the nail technicians was complaining that she had a 1:15 appointment and then rushed through my sister’s pedicure. It’s as if the salon forgot we had a reservation. She was done within 18 minutes and my sister was moved to a table while my mom and I finished our pedicures over the next 10 minutes. The nail technician also said out loud when her 1:15 appointment arrived, “Don’t worry, this won’t take long.” It was very obvious she didn’t care about my sister’s experience. Another complaint is that the polish on my big toe chipped within several hours after getting home. The polish on one of my mom’s toes is almost completely off three days later. My mother, sister and I will not be returning to this salon. Service: Pedicure

I had a wonderful experience here! This was my first visit and found this salon very clean, quiet and friendly. Some nail salons are very chaotic, but this one has a very peaceful ambiance. Cindy was wonderful. Service: Dip powder
