My stylist Rassam is the best. She always does a wonderful job on my hair. I usually feel like a new person when she's finished.
The base of my scalp and lower neck received chemical burns from the Mizani relaxer used on my hair. My hair was lovely, but the burns are awful and will take time to heal. Make sure stylist does skin test first.
Called 3 time to complain. No one ever picked up the phone. Been coming occasionally for 35 yrs. $80.00 for putting my hair in a pony tail after washing and conditioning and pinning a bun on was to high.
