’m extremely disappointed with this salon. I showed my stylists a picture of what I wanted done to my hair. I wanted to go for a deep red. I showed her a pic that is attached. First I didn’t like the fact that she stripped my hair of natural color in order to apply the red. It made it look very light. Some of the strands weren’t even fully colored and I have the picture zoomed in. There was still caramel colors showing. I mentioned it to the stylist how I felt it looked way too light and she agreed but said it could be the lighting. So when I got home it really bothered me so I called and they said I could go to another location which to get a toner of a darker color it’s still not what I wanted and I then reached out asking to just get my original color back. And I was told it would be another 200! I already paid 220 dollars . I took a shower and the red is all over the tub and towels.I will not be using t them anymore and neither will my friends and family. Very disappointed 220 doll

Shelby was fantastic, she did my daughter's hair and make up for prom and she looked phenomenal..she also did a great job at getting my daughter to step outside her box as she is not a make-up kind of girl...she wasn't pushy,she made her feel super comfortable...at the end of the session my daughter looked in the mirror and almost cried...this is gonna sound really cheesy but shelby not only did her hair and make-up but she gave my daughter the confidence that she's been lacking for quite sometime...
