I was referred to go here by a coworker after I wanted to get a hair cut on short notice, and have been seeing Deanna ever since. She is the first person I have trusted 100% with cutting my hair. She always understands exactly what I want done, and a few times I have taken her suggestions on what style I should go for when stuck in a rut, and I have never been disappointed with her direction. I don’t color my hair so I can’t speak on that (although I have seen pictures of the beautiful color work she does), but Deanna is always on point with her cuts. I have also seen Angela to style my hair when I stood up in a wedding and it turned out perfect. Everyone who works there is always so nice and welcoming!

First of all my haircut itself was really good. But the rest of the experience including the price left a bad taste in my mouth. Stylists/Owners didn't wear masks nor require their customers to do so, there was no social distancing/cleaning in between people in place at all. They sat and bashed people who didn't vote for who they did the entire time I was in there which was close to an hour, making me completely uncomfortable. To top off the experience was the cost, prices were not posted and it was $52 for a basic haircut (no color or styling) then the tip on top of that. Should have asked beforehand but did not think it was gonna be that pricey. Was certainly not the high end experience I would expect for that price. Will not be returning.

On my 3rd visit to this salon, I waited for 20 minutes past my appointment time only being acknowledged by my stylist, Gina - the owner, saying she had expected someone else; nothing about being sorry she’s running behind. When she finally started the wash out for me, she instructed her daughter to “call the next guest and let her know she’s running behind, in case she wants to stop at the store or something”. She never engaged in conversation with me the whole time I was in the chair. She didn’t cut my hair as I asked and I fact, she didn’t seem to listen to any of my desires. My hair was too short and when I mentioned that, she blew it off with some flippant remark. She refused to give me a refund. Buyer beware. Service: Haircut
