Key points here: I did not receive what I wanted because I was not listened to, which is extremely important for a stylist. They aren't wearing masks like their google description states. I would like to give more than 2 stars because the haircut I got is not a bad job, it was just not what I wanted. Also, their Google information states they are masked, but only the receptionist was. They need to update this to state otherwise. I had Tammy and she briefly glanced at the photo of what I wanted and said it was cute. I really didn't feel she listened to me from the start. I had told her I had washed my hair prior to the appointment and she said she would just wet it then proceeded to wash it. This wasn't exactly a problem but shows how much consideration was shown to what I said I wanted. The style I ended up with was not what I wanted which would be somewhat fine if it could be styled like I want but it can't. I'm going to have to let it grow out a bit and find someone else.

They don't make enough stars for Eda, she's an amazing stylist! ???? I'm one of those women that tends to procrastinate when it comes to getting my hair cut. I like it long, and it often gets put off until it's a wild mess of ugly. Eda consulted with me and did a great job helping me figure out what would look best as far as shape and layers. My favorite part was that she took her time with me, she even gave me a scalp and neck massage before washing my hair. The time she took and her skill really show, this is one of the best haircuts I have ever had! Eda truly knows how to make a customer feel cared for, my entire experience with her was outstanding! In a world where everything is rush, rush, rush, Eda reminds me to slow down and enjoy the experience of self care.
