When the pandemic started, I experienced severe hair loss. I didn’t know who to go to or how to really treat my hair. I was even tempted to just shave it off. I called Nfinity and the hair stylist I initially spoke with was very patient and an active listener about my situation. She led me in the right direction. I was able to schedule a consult with Kimberly who made me feel much better and helped me to understand that there was hope. She most definitely focus on healthy hair. She will give you transparency as well as educate you on hair. I loved every part of my appointment. I felt safe and comfortable in my decision. The salon was clean as well. Everyone there was very warm and welcoming. I will most definitely be back and bring my mom.
Melanie, my new hairdresser is polite courteous and shows great hospitality. The shop has a home felt feeling.
