Truly amazing experience!!! So professional and very very clean salon. Rodney is truly AMAZING, KIND And SWEET!! Can't wait for my next appointment. ☺☺☺????????????

I received services from Mr. Howell on 3 different occasions, that I was fairly pleased with. My last appointment with him was appalling. He lost his professionalism with me as soon as the shop was empty and I expressed deep concern for a HUGE error he made causing protein overload and damage to my hair that I did not ask for. He called me "nitpicky" after I showed him SEVERAL split ends. I left with my hair feeling like straw and I am not even clear on how to balance it back to the way it was before I became a client. Once Mr. Howell understood I was not going to let him gloss over his errors, he lost ALL professionalism with me. His tone was inappropriate. His attitude was inappropriate. His arrogance was repulsive. He discussed that he missed his deceased mother and was having a hard time during the holiday, which is completely understandable but not an excuse to make errors or treat polite clients the way he did.
