Bruno Salon

This place is awful. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 am, but when I got there, they made me wait 45 minutes. They then escorted me to a stylist whom I told what I wanted done to my hair (which I told another stylist and the man who runs the desk 3 times over the phone before my appointment and once when I actually arrived.) This stylist informed me that she had another appointment soon and my dye job would take too long. I then waited ANOTHER 30 minutes till someone could finally do my hair. At the end, it took much longer to do than they informed it would, coupled with the immense waiting, I was an hour late to work, which started at 4 pm. The stylist didn't even blow dry my hair. I told her I may be late to my job, so instead of providing me with a towel, she left my hair soaking wet to go into the freezing cold. I was charged $100 for a maybe passable hair dye job. I'll stick to doing my hair at home from now on. Avoid this place if you can.

Oh my goodness. Had my first haircut at Bruno's this morning. Joe did an amazing job. Thank you so much, I love it.
