Bliss Nail Spa

I have been to Blitz many times... this particular time was at the beginning of service... 1. Everything that I'd asked for ( as far as even the color that I had on my nails which they had done a couple weeks prior they didn't have. 2. Then i just said 'Can i have a neutral color or even White?" They than said they didn't have. 3. Everything i asked for they would say they didnt have. I even asked another customer to help explain because I have MS and thought that perhaps my speech empediment they didnt understand me I dont go anywhere and start up trouble and was very devastated by my experience there. They went on to say that I was a difficult customer and they couldnt provide service to me. I had no other choice but to leave the establishment. I had never had an issue there neadless to say i was devastated to say the least . I was told they would not provide service after I had been sitted and given the color reel but was than told I that I should leave because t

Walked into this business from the back entrance, so I walked past at least 4 different nail techs and was not greeted by any of them. Since they all had clients, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But then I sat at the front of the salon for 15 minutes and still no one greeted me or asked what service I was there for. Even after one of the nail techs walked to the front desk to get a UV light from behind the counter..

Stopped in because my husband and I saw a "walk ins welcome" sign. They started us promptly, did a good job. But place was dirty.
