Im a licensed lash tech but unfortunately can't do my own lashes. The first time I went I was surprised they didn't cleanse my lashes? To my non surprise they didn't last 2 weeks. I gave them another shot and used my own cleanser to wash my lashes before and booked with a different tech. They stuck. Probably because I'm cleaning my lashes before the service. Plus they charge $10 for a standard eye pad. No one in the industry just tapes the bottom lashes down without a pad? It's like charging you extra to put a cape on you while cutting your hair. I keep going because it's convenient to book online but after the last $68 fill bill, using my own cleanser before the procedure ...I'm questioning going back.

Scheduled for a color plus balayage because I wanted to get rid of all of the different grow outs from previous highlights. As usual the stylist took the easy way out and did the color and balayage at the same so my hair literally looks no different than when I went in. All together I paid $210 to waste 2 hours of my time. Not to mention it doesn't even look like she did the underside of my hair.

Technologist was nice but seemed to get annoyed when I had to have touch up because polish was sticky and smudging. I see a real lack of knowledge on how to give a neat and good pedicure. When nails are that wet you should place them under a blower before placing any footwear on. I had to come back to have all of it redone.They were nice about it but still had trouble with sticky polish smudging. I did my best to stay still but anything that came in contact with feet after several minutes still smudged. In Miami where I am from I have never had such a sticky mess. The work they do in Miami is so sharp, fast and they make sure your nails are not tacky before leaving. I think if you are going to charge theses high prices back it up with better work.
