Whenever I'm in town I can always get an appointment. The hair stylist are amazing I've never had one complaint. It is very difficult to always find someone to do your hair at least with me it is , I am very satisfied with my stylist at shapers as well as all the staff

I’ve been wanting to do something special with my daughter before going back to school. I decided on facials. I was told they couldn’t be done together so I scheduled appointments 1 1/2 hours apart. It took 6 weeks for the day to arrive and I was called at 8am this morning and told the esthetician wasn’t feeling well. My daughter and I were deeply disappointed. I have never had an appointment canceled, maybe I’ve been lucky but I feel it’s been professionalism that has kept it that way. I know things happen but they have never “happened” before. They didn’t offer for another person to perform the service or even another day.

Nice reception staff hard to get appt's but my girl friend has been there said very pricey but great service
