PRIME CUT SALON

This is the worst place to do business with. The owners are very unapologetic and unwilling to compensate for any unpleasant experience. I had an appointment in the morning, unaware of their water heater being broken. I wasn’t given an option to reschedule. I had to endure icy cold water on my head. I finally asked Sonnet to warm up some water in the microwave. After that unpleasant experience I asked Sonnet how much would it cost to just color and highlight my hair without a hair cut. She looked at me like she has never heard that question before and said she wouldn’t know until she worked on it. After she was finished she informs me it would cost $108.00. She sneakily added on some type of hair gloss fee for $25 along with a blow drying fee of $35. I reported this to the better business bureau and the owners never responded. I will never go to this salon again and I also warn friends and family about their fraudulent business practices.

The only place I go for haircuts. The staff is friendly and the stylists are too notch. I never know how to get my haircut and so I usually just flounder on the spot giving a vague description usually along the lines of something shorter but not buzzed. Everytime they choose something that looks great and is pretty easy for me to maintain.

I love Prime Cuts (and Drew) so much that I am still more than willing to drive an hour and a half to get my hair done. I trust Drew fully and let him do what he wants and he always impresses. The staff is so kind there! I always feel welcomed!
