I wasn't going to leave a review but it may help another single parents like myself. I took my son to pierce and state st locations and will NEVER take my son to any JRs again. She cut my son's hair way to short and it was for his first day of school/pictures. I had to scramble to find someone last minute to correct what Vivian had done to my son's hair and hope it could be fixed. They lost a loyal customer for years.
If you’re going to do online check ins, honor them. I sat for a half an hour with my wife and daughter waiting for me and never got called back.
Got in quick and the stylist was awesome, friendly and attentive to my wishes
