My experience is always great and the only place I trust to do my hair.
Appointment was made 2 weeks in advance, and yet I showed up to an empty shop. Stylist claimed they called an cancelled the week before but…I have no missed calls. Attempts at rescheduling felt like I was an inconvenience, as she tried to get me to go to another shop. I was very disappointed due to so many good reviews I thought it would be a wonderful opportunity to support local business, downtown.
Warm and inviting atmosphere every time. My hair always looks amazing when I leave.
