I will never return to this location. I came a few days ago and the staff was rude, stuck up, and unpleasant. Half of them were willing to help while the other half borderline ran away. When they did show you were something was, the entire time they spoke in a very rude and condescending way. I expected the older works to be a bit more professional but they were just as bad. One of them got angry because I accidentally removed my card too quickly. As a person with SAD (Social Anxiety Disorder) this was something straight out of my nightmares. Save yourself the trouble and go online or to the mall instead.

Came here to get color matched for a foundation and it didn't go as planned. I was immediately sent off to Clinique. Personally I don't like that formula and wasn't even given an option of other foundations. I just needed a color match. The woman was nice but wasn't listening to me. Then another SA came over to help. But every foundation I asked about she didn't know anything about. Eventually I walked around to find my own. I overheard the Clinique woman mentioning how I probably wasn't going to buy anything. Rude. Anyway, I matched myself and bought Fenty. I will never return to this location. Customer service needs work.

Kay who works in fragrance grabbed the wrong product for me before. Only after explaining to her what one chanel fragrance I wanted, I had to open it in the car to make sure it was the right one this time (it wasn't). I informed her that the tester was in the wrong spot so it was mislabeled. She assured me that I was wrong and it wasn't mislabeled. Then grabbed me the wrong scent AGAIN. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all and was dismissive. The store was clean and fully stocked on the bright side , the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. ????
