Callina is an AMAZING hairdresser. I found her by reading all the positive reviews about her work and they were not wrong. In our initial meeting, I learned so much about my hair's color, texture, and even how to style it multiple ways. Callina goes above and beyond to make sure you feel and look your very best. The owner is my stylist. After happily rescheduling 3 times as requested by the salon, there was still an issue with double booking or being under staffed when I finally got in. I ended up waiting 3 hours past my original appointment for service ( and I did offer to reschedule for another day several times) . I was given a hydration treatment "for being patient" but I feel like she should have discounted my trim as well. I paid $78 !! My trims are very simple and take 15 minutes at best and she does a nice job. However, I've noted every time that she doesn't really listen to client requests. Forinstance, she told a teen next to me that she should wear her hair as she cut it and come back if she " still wanted it shorter", despite the woman asking her to cut it shorter and repeatedly showing her a picture on her phone of what she wanted. This was my 3rd and last visit. Each time things have been very chaotic, the owner stylist consistently talks about how poorly organized she is, she p
