I’ve never been so appalled by a beauty service in my life. From the start I was a bit put off how Rylee spoke so arrogantly of herself, saying “as you can see I’m incredibly busy and really amazing at what I do. So thank god I could get you in.” To me, that’s childish and as unprofessional as it comes, but I let it go and went with the install. I have 10 wefts of intertwined hair, which I’ve had absolutely no problems with. She mentioned there being two methods, then went ahead with her preferred, I’m assuming for time since she rushed the entire thing. Not even 12 hours later the entire bottom row had come out of my hair. I made another appointment with her which seemed a bother. She refused to start fresh and in stead blamed the hair and my head size for the lack of clean install. She rushed through yet again, leaving me with large parts of the wefts sticking out at each end, AND left ALL the strings in my hair for the second time. Savannah in Suite 22 (S.h.e.isbeauty) is amazing! She always does the best job on my lashes and leaves my brows looking perfect and identical!! I would definitely recommend her because she's super sweet, cares for her clients, and is super professional! She is very skilled in what she does and takes the time to explain and go over after care for lashes/other services and she is always on time for my appointments. Her suite is always filled with great energy and is super clean and calming! I always walk out of her suite feeling confident, I would recommend her for all services! I'm very weird about my hair and seen the reviews for this place and thought I would give it a chance. The place was nice but my stylist, Lori was just awful. I came in for high lights and they were uneven. Not spaced out well and some were thicker than others. She seemed distracted and wasnt really paying attention to what she was doing. Very disappointed
