I went there on Saturday to get my natural hair silk pressed and curled. I haven’t pressed my hair in about nine months and I was really excited to have a really nice press. The first woman helped me take down my 2 strand twist! (Which I tipped her for) The washing process was really nice but everything went downhill when the owner was yanking my hair out while drying it! When I tried to pull away to indicate that she was yanking my hair, she pulled me back and said that she will stop pulling if she feel like she’s pulling too much and that my hair is natural so this is basically what I have to go through… they clipped my ends so I thought the pressed would come out better! They didn’t flat iron and then curl it (which is what you usually do) they just used a hot comb for my roots and proceeded to curl my hair… they curls were so nappy. A press usually last 2 weeks for me but unfortunately that is not the now.. I will never come back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone with natural hair to

The old shop I use to go to would have me in there for 3-5 hours just for a press and curl. I had Chafon today and I was in and out within a hour and maybe 15 min. That was in including getting my hair trimmed.
