Wow. I am not sure if this old Asian lady was drunk, could not understand English or just doing it on purpose, but she completely ignored my requests and just kept on talking in the heaviest Asian accent the entire time while. It was so awkward trying to make conversation with her while she ruined my hair. She clearly must have not lived in this country very long because I barely understood the English she was speaking. She also did not properly cut the hair where the mask covered the ears.
Joanne is amazing. She listens to what the client wants and make recommendations. I am always extremely satisfied with the outcome so i keep coming back! Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
