Had me in the system for wrong service & couldn't accommodate, so I didn't receive what I went for. Could have gotten past that but then received the worst massage I've ever had. Tip for management... your masseuses should ask clients how the pressure feels from the start & adjust accordingly. Felt like she was massaging a baby, trying not to apply pressure. Only did one side of my legs & didn't massage arms when I switched to front. The yawning was a nice touch. Less than 10 minutes in I was ready to go. Left feeling disappointed & definitely not relaxed. I've given this place 3 chances & can confidently say I will not be back. If I receive a gift card I'll give it away.

Michelle is SO friendly and personable. Pretty much shared my life story and found a new friend! I love that, when a salon can make you feel so comfortable. Definitely my new spot for as long as I’m in the area and maybe even after! My color was great and she helped me so much with fixing my extensions up just the way I needed. I recommend this place to anyone!

Rachell (massage) & Linda (facial) were absolutely amazing. Linda really took the time to inspect my skin, ask me questions, and use products that she knew were best tailored to my needs. The staff during check in & check out were so kind and welcoming too. I HATE to do this but I did have to knock two stars off because it was hard to fully relax (not at the faults of my masseuse or esthetician). When I first got changed and was in the lounge area, there were two employees (not in scrub attire, but they were definitely employees, maybe managers) who were standing there and gossiping the whole time which made it hard to unwind. Then when I got to my second service, the facial, I must’ve been next to a break room or something because I heard people chatting loudly the ENTIRE time. Could hear every word. Just made it harder to relax is all. My recommendation would be to maybe keep the excessive chitchat to a minimum in the hallways etc. when there are customers nearby. But all in all, I w
