I had an appointment. Showed up on time. Watched someone get their cut before me. Thought I’d be next. But no. Another person was called. When I asked about my appointment time, I got a smug smile & shoulder shrug. No effort made to explain or rectify things for me. Left without a cut. Very frustrating. Service: Haircut

Classy Cuts is not a favorable place to get a haircut. Service was slow, even after I came in for an appointment people went before me. I didn't know that an appointment would make me last in line for a cut. The cut itself was far off what I had asked for. The price was fair, but the cut shouldn't have been priced at that even.
