I was looking for a natural hair stylist for my daughter. Her birthday was coming up and she also had an upcoming sports photo session. I made an appointment for the salon’s Sunday special. I even received a call the day after I scheduled the appointment to verify the date and time. When we arrived, no one was at the salon. I waited for almost 30 minutes. I called the stylist and sent a text message; no response. I contact the salon through Facebook and got a call from the owner. She checks into it, then calls me back to let me know there was a family emergency. She then explained that if I had let her know, she would have done my daughter’s hair. She told me it was family day so she couldn’t do her hair either. She offered to do my daughter’s hair on the following Monday. I work full time Monday-Friday and my daughter is in school during the day and then has after-school activities which is why I scheduled for the weekend. No discount was offered or anything. VERY POOR SERVICE, POOR
