I came here for the first time for an emergency fix from an at-home hair color mistake. This was the only place within 20 miles with an appointment on a Monday night. Melissa was amazing!!! She was kind and did a fantastic job fixing my error. While sitting in the salon, I observed a friendly atmosphere where new and regular customers came in and were all treated with kindness by all the stylists. I got the worst haircut of my life here today by an impatient stylist who agreed to “some” layers and no short layers, but gave me both. While I came in looking for guidance on what would look good from the perspective of a hair professional, what I got would look good on no one. She removed half of my hair and left me a head full of uneven pieces as short as 1”. I came in looking to be spruced up and feel better about myself but left practically in tears. I now look 20 years older than I am with a devastatingly unflattering cut that will take me at least a year to grow out. As my hair was hastily hacked, other stylists argued loudly in the back room. I will absolutely never be back. Take your money and hair somewhere else. Service: Haircut
