Supercuts

Didn't even manage to get a haircut. I sat in the nearly empty waiting area for 15 minutes before a stylist asked if I had checked-in or had an appointment. I said I had done neither...the website said it was a 5 minute wait and that "check-ins were unavailable at this time". The first stylist then called another stylist from somewhere in the back who proceeded to tell me that it's appointments only for the rest of the night and to make an appointment for tomorrow. I understand if they were busy/booked, but the way that was communicated to me was done so poorly and could have been conveyed when I first arrived.

I made an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. The stylist told me that she had two people in front of me and I would have to wait. I make appointments because I have an extremely busy schedule. I will never go there for another haircut.

I had a 11:20 appointment. Next chair open should have been me. No! Was told to wait because of 2walk-ins before me. Is this right? Why should I have an appointment,if I'm going to wait.40years is over with them.
