I have been going to Lockworx for a few years now seeing Abby for haircuts and color. She does a wonderful job, always taking time to listen and answers questions giving helpful tips on styling and hair care. I love going there to get my hair done and always leave a happy customer! AWESOME experience with Jenna!!! She is so unbelievably nice and very professional. Customer service from everyone at the salon was unbelievable too! I was asked many times throughout the process if I needed anything (Water, tea, coffee ect.), which was amazing. Totally appreciate this facility and the staff. So so happy! :) Not to mention Jenna absolutely nailed my hair color! This is the first time I have come to a salon and walked out with EXACTLY what I wanted, and how I pictured it. This was my first time here, and Jenna she earned a customer for life!

As a first time client to Lockworx, I was very impressed. Rachel was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She took the time to sit down with me at the beginning of the appointment and discuss my likes, dislikes, and explain the whole process. She did a great job giving an overview of the products she was using and making recommendations for my hair type. The finished product was better than I imagined. I noticed all of the other stylists were extremely considerate as well. Several stylists checked up on me and Rachel to see if either of us needed anything during the appointment. It was such a refreshing atmosphere compared to other salons I have been to and I will definitely be coming back. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Haircut, Hairstyling
