Christopher's Salon Inc

My first appointment with Christopher was a trim and color consultation. He did a great job with the trim and seemed excited about our next appointment for my color goals. The color appointment ended up being a disaster. Chris seemed rushed, was aggressive with my hair, and sprayed my entire shirt down twice at the washing station. He also loudly sent away a client that had been waiting for 30 minutes because he didn’t allocate his time correctly and had to work on my hair longer. I was constantly apologizing throughout the appointment because he was clearly stressed and rushing. I heard other staff asking “you okay, Chris?” And he would act annoyed. I was so uncomfortable! As I left, $375+ later, I was initially okay with the color. When I got home I realized how terrible it was. When I sent photos to the salon, Christopher called me and actually said he noticed his mistakes when I was leaving, but why didn’t he say something at the time? He then offered a free fix, but I declined and

i always have a great time when i go in! all are very nice and make me feel welcomed as soon as i step in! they know how to do their job very well, i’ve loved every outcome of my appointments! i definitely recommend ashley for hair and makeup! and all the men there are amazing as well!! Had the best haircut for my curly hair that I've had in years from Kevin, who listened to what I had in mind and made suggestions. He did perform the miracle rescue that I asked of him. All staff members are friendly and there is a welcoming feel. It feels clean and organized. I appreciated their concern for the health of customers and Kevin masked as did I. Service: Haircut
