I’ve been here twice and experienced the same rude and elitism attitude I did the first time. The girl working the front desk was cold and treated me as an inconvenience for checking in. My stylist made no effort to chat with me or discuss my hair preferences, let alone offer me a drink. Ultimately, my haircut was mediocre and not worth sitting for an hour listening to other stylists gossip about clients and co-workers. Service: Haircut

I have to say, it was not a good experience. Bridgette did not listen or appear at all interested in providing good customer service. My daughter showed pictures and told her how she would like her hair cut, needless to say, she did not do what was asked. She was also unfriendly. If your a professional and you feel uncomfortable about providing a service, it is better to say you can’t do it, instead of doing a poor job. Service: Hairstyling

This place is extremely unprofessional. I had an appt scheduled for today at 1:15 with Bridgette and get a call this morning, a couple of hours prior to my appt, that "Bridgette is leaving for the day" and we're cancelling. Definitely will not be rescheduling here.
