My hairstylist was Hailey, her personality was beautiful and very sweet. New favorite place! She did amazing with my Lob and styling it. Took off 5 years worth of hair ????????????
Hailey absolutely *showed up* for me today! Happily offered to squeeze me in at the end of their shift, with like an hours notice, and totally made my day. It's clear that they care about clients. Hailey seeks to understand by actively listening and encouraging me to share my hair goals, concerns, questions. Then they walked me through their thought process and techniques in a way that made me so relieved and comfy! I have a history of being indecisive and confusing when I'm in the chair, and it means a lot to find someone with the kindness to work through that and communicate patiently. Thanks again! Heather and her crew will do their best to make you look beautiful. They are talented at both coloring and cutting. All the stylists have good personalities and you can tell they enjoy working together. The space is also clean and comfortable. You won t regret making an appointment at Salon Verity!
