Salon Nouveau

I went to the salon to get a spray tan 24 hours before my vacation. I am very pale and wanted to hit the beach town looking TAN! The young lady Ashley was very nice. The Spray Tan room however is a disgusting dungeon... When she was done spraying me I was concerned that I had no color. I have friends that have had spray tans that leave the salon looking like they have been in the tropics. She kept telling me it would get darker overnight. IT DID NOT... While she was spraying me I also asked a few simple questions. 1. Will it stain my sheets? I don't think so , well maybe if they are white. Mine were ivory. now ruined 2. Will it get in my pores? I don't know, I don't think about that. 3. When can I shower? Well maybe tomorrow afternoon but I like to wait 2 days. So I am on my vacation , I am not tan, I have slight mauve color actually. I could have done better myself from a bottle. I called to discuss this with the Salon, Ashley and her manager ... The manager has not talked to me

I have been to this salon a handful of times over the last year for a spray tan. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. There are a few girls who do the spray tans and they’re all great at their job. My tan has came out even & a beautiful color every time! ( no orange Oompa Loompa ????) While I am usually happy with the salon they certainly exceeded my expectations today. I had a last minute trip to Puerto Rico and needed a tan ASAP! The owner came in after close on her day off to spray me!!! While all the women are lovely the owner is by far my favorite , she is beyond thorough & makes you feel ridiculously comfortable standing naked in a room with a stranger. All in all I would highly recommend this salon for a spray tan or any of their other services such as hair , make up , & even massages. Their willingness to go above and beyond for there customers really sets them apart from the competition.

I’ve been going to see Tiffany W. the last couple years for haircuts. Most recently she styled my hair for my wedding. It looked amazing! She is so talented and always takes the time to listen to my needs and make sure I’m always happy when I leave. As a bonus, she is a wonderfully kind person and enjoyable to talk to. I highly recommend Tiffany! Everyone else I’ve encountered at the salon has been friendly and helpful! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
