The staff were friendly but the haircut I received was definitely lacking. I had to style it myself once I got back from the salon to get an accurate look at the cut as it was styled completely differently to how it usually is.This is after I had shown a picture of myself with the cut I had wanted and described how I styled it. I even had the haircut I was going for. Just grown out. They left my hair wavy/curly so I couldn't tell if the layers were correct. I couldn't accurately see the differing length in places of the style and I said several times when they asked if it was alright that I couldn't accurately say due to the reasons listed. I came to find out that some areas are fine, some too short, some too long. There's also part of my bangs that seem missing that I keep having to push hair to fill in the gap. It wouldn't be noticeable if I styled it the way she did. I will say there's nothing wrong with how she styled it, it's just that I personally don't think the style she chose

This is probably my first haircut in America ever and I really enjoyed the experience. Brooke gave me a relaxing hair wash and then cut it to perfection. I really enjoyed talking to her about my hair and learning to take care of it. It was very relaxing and overall a great experience. 100% recommend

Had such a great experience at Palace! I was a new client and Sam spent a lot of time getting to know my hair, my preferences, and my questions. I decided to have her change my hair PRETTY radically -- Cut off like 6-8 inches! Absolutely love the cut and have been getting compliments alllll day since!
