I LOVE that it is easy to schedule with Jolene! Some stylists only open their books 3 months at a time, which can make scheduling a nightmare. I tend to procrastinate. When I decide I want a haircut, I want it in the next few weeks. I have had two cuts with her and not had any difficulty getting in. She is easy to talk to and makes the time fly by! Jolene has a wealth of knowledge and thoroughly explains what the purpose is of the products she uses. Best of all she does not pressure you to buy it, but will help you get it if you need it! Jolene has been cutting/coloring my hair for years, and there is a reason I have stayed with her for so long. Jolene is an incredibly talented colorist and stylist, and works with you to ensure you get exactly what you want while making sure whatever she does is best for the health of your hair. She is genuine, kind, and truly pays attention to detail. Jolene also keeps up to date with the newest techniques in her field through continued education, and helps to educate those in her chair on what is best for them. I found Jolene about 9 months ago and haven’t looked back! During my first visit with Jolene, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed immediately. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for in terms of color and helped me make a decision that would work best for me. I have loved the results every single time! We recently did a major chop and switched up the color and not only did it turn out awesome, but Jolene took the time to show me how to style it the way I wanted (hello, beach wave), which I truly appreciated!! She is easy to talk to, makes me laugh, and I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and excited about my hair. I highly recommend Jolene!!
