Sharmell's Hair Salon

Jayla, did a good job on my hair... But, the shop is not very clean, & a few of their attitudes (including Jaylas )were very rude, & DISRESPECTFUL to be in the business that they are in. Sharon, was pleasant, & the Gentleman are very nice. I was charged $10, for being 10 minutes late, & I'm a $20-50 tipper. If Jayla wouldn't have been as rude as she was, she definitely would've gotten $30 on her cash app, because she did a good job, but with an off attitude. I won't be going back, the energy was off for me.

I researched this salon on FB. I had been looking for a salon after relocating in the area. It had great reviews so I decided to call and make an appointment. I called on a Friday and Sharon answered the call. ( i didn’t know that she was the owner until my services were completed) She was pleasant from the start, asked how soon I wanted my appt. I said right away. She scheduled me for the next morning. Upon arriving to the shop she greeted me warmly. She asked what services I wanted and I told her a wash, cut, and style. The wait wasn’t long and her assistant Erica, washed my hair ( that felt do good) I was put under the dryer then proceeded to Sharon who then blow dried, cut, and styled my hair. Wow! I was soooo pleased. I came in a ugly duckling ???? and left as a beautiful swan????. The vibe of the shop was upbeat and friendly. It was a positive experience all around, and I will be back! I think I’ve found my salon. Thank you Sharon and Erica! I’ve received many compliments ????
