Harlet's Hair Style

I've been going here since I was in middle school, I am 25 now. They were always rough but it was always manageable, as woman we know beauty is pain. But, today 7/8/23 was one of the worse experiences i've ever had here. The ladies are not the same ladies i had some lady who had really short hair, shorter than a pixie cut, she was so rough on my head so rough, i told her multiple times to stop blow drying the same area that was painful, and she just didn't listen. My hair is a little thin in the front so if they stay in the same spot for a long time it begins to burn. She just didn't understand me ig. It was legit painful. Then, i went to sit in the chair to get flat ironed, and she began blow drying my hair. It was just so painful, i just ended up doing a wash and blow dry. I don't know if they are aware they use sooo much heat. But, other than today I never complained. total for wash and blow dry $35

Great place to get your hair done. BUT no real consistency when it comes to organization of lines and what I mean by that is Harlet and her husband arent consistent with how they do orders. One time she says first car in lot is considered first, then she says first person at the door regardless of who was there. She flip flops, it would be better if she put the ticket distributor outside so people can pull numbers and get back in their car. It’s not really fair if I’m there at 7 AM and somebody pulls up at 9am hops out and gets to the door. I have been there for multiple fight over this and even saw a lady pull her gun once over this issue. Also there’s some rumors she puts perm in shampoo, I don’t know how accurate that is, but my curl pattern is off

They put perm in their shampoo my hair is so ruined..... but they do such a nice job???? this place is great if you don't mind having your hair relaxed. But since they don't disclose this and have ruined hundreds of peoples hair they get 1 star from me. That's extremely foul.
