The lady cut my daughter hair, basically didn’t know what she was doing. It is not acceptable when you go somewhere like 6 salon. Our expectation was more than that. I was always happy with 6 salon in Birmingham.
First visit to my local barbershop In Detroit and had a great experience. I live downtown and one day I walked into the 6 Salon on Woodward just a few blocks from my apartment. The receptionist was friendly and the environment in the 6 Salon was amazing. The young lady that cut my hair did a fantastic job! It’s time for another haircut so this was a good time to put this review in. Highly recommended for a look inside if you live downtown
Went in for a Victoria secret style blowout for my engagement photos. I have super fine straight hair and even asked when I made a reservation if they have experience with that and can handle it. The first attempt at soft curls was a fail - they left the roller brushed in instead of rollers and didn’t let them cool fully- took them out and my hair was flat. Second attempt was use a wide curling iron. They brushed out the curls before I left and it looked fine. My hair was back to being straight (and now frizzy from all the work on it) within 30 mins. So if you have pin straight hair- I wouldn’t bother with coming here for curls. Service: Hairstyling
