before I begin I would like to say that my experience was incredible. the owner June and her worker Christina were both so kind, helpful, and had amazing energy. I came in for blonde highlights and my hair was wet when I left so I didn’t judge based off of what I saw and hoped to continue seeing it get lighter but I was sadly disappointed when I got home and saw very little change in my hair color. almost feels like nothing was done and I only dye my hair once a year max so this is unfortunately going to be it for me this time around, i was hoping for more for $175. my mother did a haircut with her which came out absolutely stunning we both loved it very much, but she was not asked if she wanted a blow out. it was done without question and we were charged another $40 without notice. in total with tip $300 was spent and again the space the service and the atmosphere was great I just wish I had gotten more for my moneys worth and we would have been asked about extra services before being

I had worst experience for the haircut service. I called them on Tuesday They said that they are closed on Wednesdays so I asked for an appointment the same day if possible they said that they can squeeze me at 6pm. When I arrived the owner was busy with other service. They kept me waiting 5 to 6 minutes then the lady receptionist washed my hair and the owner told me to sit. After 20 minutes approximately owner came and asked me what type of haircut I am looking for. I showed her few pictures on my phone saying that I need little short. She finished my haircut so fast at that moment I did not notice anything she said it is done and rushed towards billing. She charged me near 42$ which is really expensive for the time she spent upon that I waited for long time. When I returned home I was shocked myself looking into mirror that haircut was uneven and she removed few layers of my hair from backside without my notice and she did not even ask me it is totally annoying frustrating.
