If I could give more stars I would! I have been coming to this salon for over 5 years. Randa is by far the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is amazing with color and cut. I have gone in not knowing what I wanted and she has made me look fabulous every time.I have been from dark brown to red to blonde and it’s never been orange or burned. Simply irreplaceable. 10 stars

I honestly loved my hair and the outcome and loved the stylist. However the hidden pricing and ways they charge you is outrageous! I tipped the stylist myself in cash and when paying I ended up paying the initial deposit of $50 which they kept then they added another $50 to the entire bill at the end. When I asked then why they insisted it’s service charge- I was so confused and at the point disappointed because I knew despite loving the stylist that I will never come back again. It cost over $670 to get hair done! Having said all that I never left them a bad review until I called in now after really resisting and wanted to know how much is toning and root touch up would be. She said starting $50-100 and roots depends on how many colors! So basically toning and root touch up can cost me at least $200 if not more - really confused at these sky high prices Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Blowouts, Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair coloring

I’ve personally been going to Salon West Dearborn for over 6 years!! Randa is the best! She always takes care of me and my daughter! Highly recommend. She’s always prompt, professional and not to mention my hair comes out amazing every single time! I’d recommend her to anyone!
