Been a customer here with Renee for 25 yrs and her longest client. I appreciate the busyness of the holiday season but when you are treated rudely and as an inconvenience and that your stylist is doing you a favor that is not ok. After speaking with her as to how she was making me feel she had someone else call me and tell me to find a new salon. So much for customer loyalty or the thousands I've spent there. I've since found someone closer friendlier and who does better work. Best of luck Renee.
