I love the new you salon! I’ve been coming here for years because of the friendly staff and awesome job every time I come in. Lindsey does my color/highlights to perfection and cut when needed. I had a haircut back in March at this salon and I never left a review but the more time has gone on I feel I needed to.I found this salon online and based on the good reviews made an apt for the next day, not realizing it was the last apt in the day. When I got there it was just one stylist left and she was nice but seemed to want to be done quick. I have long, very thick hair and I asked for a trim, I said maybe up to 4 inches off. She then put my hair in a pony tail and chopped it off below the rubber band. I have NEVER had someone do this before and I am not exaggerating when I say I measured when I got home and she cut 10 inches off. Someone walked in right after she got started and she clearly was rushing mine to get to this walk in client, she actually asked me if I needed my hair dried... My hair was uneven, poofy and shorter than it’s ever been in my adult life. I’ve been bummed because I’m getting married next month and my long hair is now a shoulder length bob. I had to ha
