I tried to post pics on here but it doesn’t give the option. I’ve gotten my hair done here twice, I asked for heavy highlights both times and to lighten my hair as much as possible. The first time I was not very pleased because the difference was subtle and no one noticed a difference. The second appointment was this past July, and while I noticed a difference this time, I later realized that the back of my hair was patchy and that the stylist skipped a huge chunk of hair that was in the back. It was all dark with no highlights. I went to a new salon this past week and the stylist thought I attempted to do my hair at home on my own. She referred to the back of my hair as “cheetah patches” because single strands of hair went from blonde to dark back to blonde on the bottom. She also noted that a very large amount of hair was left un-highlighted. The new stylist at this other salon spent about 2.5 hours fixing it and highlighting my hair the proper way.
