Donna is an awesome stylist. Love my hair since she has been doing it.
Donna understood the assignment. I came in with various examples of what I was wanting from my haircut. She let me know what would work for me and gave great input and asked good questions. She also made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. In the end, I had exactly the haircut I wanted - she made sure that I was 100% satisfied before I left.
