I’ve been going here for about 2 years I usually get a haircut there with the same girl. I called to ask questions for a friend that I recommended Circa to, she wanted highlights I also wanted to schedule an appointment for myself. Everything seemed fine until I asked if I could schedule an appointment the girl said “unfortunately for new customers we don’t take appointments for Saturdays” I asked her “why if I’m not new” she looked my name she said she couldn’t find it then she tries my phone number and found it . When she found who I did my hair with she said she no longer works there so I would still be considered new Very disappointing because with other people they at least try to fill me in in another day and she didn’t even try.
