The workers shamelessly follow you around the store the whole time if they think you’re suspicious
It was our 2nd time we come for haircuts for my daughters. Kind and accommodating service and reasonable prices. We will continue to return every time we are in town for our hair fix. Thank you ulta!
I usually love this store and location but it seems like they’ve been hiring rude people. I regularly buy Truly Beauty products and know the difficulties scanning, so I take note of the price to show the cashier. Her name started with a B (Basmah? Bana?) and maybe she was of another ethnicity but she kept cutting me off when I was talking, threw my receipts at me twice and didn’t appear to want my assistance with the Truly Beauty product. I work in customer service but I don’t need to be subjected to rudeness and unprofessional Jen. Poor quality service and treatment of customers, so my visits here will be limited.
