I’ve been going to the Wax Loft this past summer and they really give great customer service! The staff know how to make your experience calming and quick, especially for a nervous newcomer like me. They talk you through the whole process and provide great after-care products and directions. Scheduling is also easy online and in-person. Definitely recommend if you live in the AA! Service: Waxing
I'm a regular customer and am very happy with the service I've received here! Both owners are warm, kind, and conversational. Appointments are quick and efficient. I've appreciated the responsiveness and flexibility in cancelling/rescheduling when I've had work travel or illness require me to rearrange appointments.
