I went to Roya salon for having my hair wavy to straight for a long term and was recommended qiqi keratin treatment. Pretty disappointed with the results. Was charged additional charges for long length of hair. I felt i wasted my time and money. Having done hair straightening in past many times never had such issues. Sharing the final outcome i am left with. Do not recommend keratin smoothing here. Poor experience. Service: Keratin treatments

Stacie is an absolutely incredible hair stylist, colorist and person! I have complete trust in her when I get my hair done and love collaborating on ideas together. She listens really well to what you have in mind, but also thinks about how it will look on you. I've been blonde my entire life and recently decided to try red! One of the only reasons I felt confident enough to do this was because of Stacie. I knew she wouldn't lead me down the wrong path if it was going to look crazy on me...but instead the color she came up with works perfectly with my skin tone and eye color. She's also a wonderful, kind and caring person and I love chatting with her every time I come in. Couldn't recommend enough!! Roya is also such a vibe. Everyone there is really nice. They always take your jacket and offer to get you something to drink. The decor is super cute and it's a great location downtown. Fun atmosphere where you never feel like you have to whisper to have a convo. Services: Blowouts, Haircu

Bella is my extension stylist and I must say she exceeds my expectations every time. My extensions are always seamlessly blended with my natural hair and you can never tell I have them. She is very informative and knows what she’s doing. Bella’s passion for hair shows in her work. Definitely recommend.
