I have been getting my hair done by Ciara (@msberrydidmyblonde) at One One Nine for over four years now and she is THE go-to if you want to go blonde. I live in California now and I won't let anyone touch my hair except Ciara! I get highlights/babylights and she always blends them so perfectly with my roots that it not only looks amazing when I leave the salon, but it also looks great after 3-6 months of growing out. Ciara Berry did an AMAZING job with my hair! I’ve had it balayaged in Houston for the last several years while I lived there and was afraid to try someone new when I moved back to MI.
