Jessica is amazing! She's been my stylist for several years and given me beautiful cuts from a pixie to a side shave, to my current mid back length. She's a blonde specialist, but absolutely rocks color too! Just look at this gorgeous spectrum of copper and pink and red and purple she's taken me through. Mariah is a stylist that makes it all about her, not about you and your hair. My experience with her was quite awful - I ended up with a style that did not at all match what I asked for. This was evident as soon as she dried my hair. I told her this and instead of getting some acknowledgment from her that perhaps it did not come out how I had wanted it, she tried to explain away what she did. I was really disappointed with the look and her approach. She offered for me to come back if I still didn't love it after a while. This look did not grow on me and when I tried to schedule an appointment to get this style fixed, she offered a minor fix and a date over a month away. That's a long time to be walking around with a bad hairstyle. She said she's "just a really booked stylist." Eyeroll. I asked for a partial refund so I can get this fixed at another salon to which she replied several times that "there's just nothing she can do."
