$20 for a haircut and if you're a returning customer, previous haircut notes can be utilized to get the same. I do wish they'd offer scalp massages (not just shampoo).

As some others have commented, it's by sheer luck that you get the haircut you want. They have the notes from your past haircut but each time I've been there, seems there is a new crew who may or may not get your hair done by following the simple notes. Just two days ago I was there and after tens of times mentioning the style, I finally gave up trying to show the "so-called" barber how it should be.

Great haircuts over and over again. Sierra is wonderful easy to work with and diligent in ensuring your haircut is exactly what you want. She’s always been happy to make any alterations even after the cut is done. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
