My stylist Lauren was amazing! Very personable, we had great conversation, and her work was great! She knew exactly what I wanted and even gave me tips for styling for my type of hair. Thank you so much Lauren! (Might be Lauryn, I’m sorry I couldn’t remember the spelling!)

I asked for a trim that was just enough to cut off the dead ends but keep the length. The individual who cut my hair showed me how much she was going to cut which was about 3 inches. Attached is a photo of my hair a few days before I had cut it and the day I went to Aveda, which was closer to 5 or 6 inches. I called the institute and asked to speak with one of the educators who told me “unfortunately this is a school so this happens all the time” and was told that a manager would contact me the following day. I didn’t hear from anyone today and when I called requesting to speak with someone I was told they had left for the day and I’d have to try again tomorrow. I do respect and understand that going to Aveda does mean that you are working with students but in the several years I’ve gone to them for haircuts I’ve never had such a significant issue. I was surprised by how poor the customer service has been since the cut. I’m so sad to have lost so much of my hair. Edit: I'm disappointed

I had so much fun working with Ranya to do hair and makeup for one of my wedding related events! She was extremely professional and kind, and made me feel extremely comfortable right before a big event in my life! She ensured that the makeup that she did matched the shades of my dresses, and also took the time to edit and correct any shades that we wanted to tweak at the end. For my hair, she washed, blow dried, curled, and styled it. I really appreciate that she took the time to curl and pin sets of my hair, give it enough time to set, and also add the hair pieces I had brought with me. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend her and plan on keeping her in mind for future events!
