I love this salon. Their new location is bright and beautiful. Yes, they tend to book weeks in advance but I often call last minute and if they have a cancellation I can scoop it up so that I only have to wait 2 or 3 days before getting in. Their employees are great conversationalists, and are completely upfront about pricing, timing, hair health, and if your inspiration goal is achievable in one sitting and if not they communicate a realistic expectation as well as course of action to meet that initial goal in the future. They kindly and casually ask you if you need products but they definitely don’t try to upsell or tack on unwanted services or products. It is very clean and everyone is well kept. The salon does not cater to any one form of person or service. Every time I go in I see women of all sizes, ages, ethnicities/hair types and services being performed, such as cuts, styling, extensions, color, etc. Check out their website for more info, that’s where I started.

In my experience this is the best high-end salon in Ann Arbor. The staff are amazingly talented and consistently deliver. They often have deals and specials to make their services and products more affordable too.
