I have always loved the store. Staff are very friendly and talented. They have several techs who do a great job and the store is so clean. Came here for the manicure and eyelash. Love them!
I’m very sad to say they are terrible and unprofessional. A teenager niece would have done a far better job. It’s just a simple one color manicure but the finish is so sloppy and bumpy. There’s no point of paying one penny for this service. Worst of all, the staff cut my ring finger when trimming my nail. When I claimed that it hurts, she didn’t look at me and just said “sorry but you OK now right?” very grumpily. It is really not a safe place to have them work on your fingers and nails.
Very kind, efficient and reasonably priced! I have only my nails done three times in my life just because it is not really my thing. After my visit I decided I would definitely be going back. They are awesome!
